Hello Golden Families! My name is Amber Walk and I am VERY excited to be your child's teacher for the 2023-2024 school year! I have been teaching for 23 years. I am so excited to be joining the Golden family this year and I can't wait to meet all my new first graders. I'm really looking forward to an awesome year this year and I know we will make it a memorable one!

I attended San Diego State University and graduated from Cal State San Bernardino with my Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies. I then attended Chapman University where I received my Teaching Credential.

I grew up and currently live in Alta Loma. I'm married to the most amazing man, Andy and we have three beautiful girls, Carter (10), Hartley (8) and Blake (5). They are the most amazing gifts that I have ever been given.

My passion outside of teaching is photography. I love capturing special moments in peoples' lives, especially my kids. Life goes by so fast, photographs are just a way to hold onto every little moment.

I feel so lucky to be working at John L. Golden Elementary! It's such a wonderful school with an amazing administration, fabulous teachers, and an office staff that truly cares for each child.

Purchase of these items is voluntary. Our school provides all students with the supplies they need for instruction in class.
